Introduction At Cerdá, we believe that the best ideas —and the best teams— simmer slowly. And that’s not just a metaphor. For the second consecutive year, we’ve held our now-iconic Arroz con Cosas Contest — an event where talent, creativity and camaraderie come together in the kitchen (and around the table). What began as a casual way to unwind has become a true tradition — one that, ladle in hand, serves the real flavour of our company culture. ### 2. Cooking as an excuse to connect Cooking has a special power: it brings people together, levels the playing field, creates space for laughter, debate and mutual discovery. And that’s exactly what you feel during this contest. Colleagues from different departments team up, organise themselves, cook and proudly present their dishes (sometimes with a healthy dose of competitiveness). The result? From the jury to the presentations, the dish names to the plating… everything is part of the experience.
