An example of this commitment is the acquisition of Casa Marau, an 18th century farmhouse located in the Valencian village of l'Olleria. Our founder, José Cerdá, acquired Casa Marau with the clear intention of preserving its history and local traditions.

Casa Marau is a house built with traditional materials. It is surrounded by an incomparable natural environment, with views of the Cova Negra, Bellús, the Sierra Mariola and the Benicadell. Moreover, the house preserves a rich family tradition linked to the great Marau family.
Nowadays, Casa Marau offers a unique space for holding events, meetings and conferences. Its spacious facilities, its versatility and its professional team make it the perfect setting for any type of event.
An example of this is the Coeval General Assembly that took place at Casa Marau last Thursday. At this meeting, Coeval members gathered to learn about the results of the Association in 2023 and the projections for 2024.
Casa Marau once again demonstrated its versatility and capacity to host large-scale events. The extensive facilities of the farmhouse, carefully restored and preserving its original essence, provided an incomparable setting for the partners' meeting.
