Customer’s Week Cerdá

Through an exclusive conference for our customers, we have presented our services to develop a licensing business in our first Customer's Week.

1. Our 50th anniversary with the family.

With 50 years of business experience and 35 years in the world of licensing, we are a leader in the licensing sector, offering customisation and attention to detail to every partner and client who wants to enter this sector.

Whether a business falls into the category of a large distributor, a chain shop, a small retailer or an online retailer, working with licensing can provide the assurance that demand is guaranteed, as well as offering products that are on-trend and stand out from the competition.

All this was made known during our first Customer's Week, a series of conferences that took place at our facilities in L'Olleria, Valencia.

In celebration of our 50th anniversary, we invited more than 20 customers from different European countries to come and experience first-hand what licensing can do for them.

 

2. Beyond licensed products. 

As part of Customer's Week, the invited customers visited the company's 22,000m2 logistics centre, as well as the SuperMoments shops, which are Grupo Cerdá's Retail Lab. 



 
Through the Retail Lab, distributors and chain shops have access to marketing tools, specific training, product implementations, graphic signage and sales techniques that we openly share so that our customers can replicate or adapt everything they consider interesting, in order to help them in their daily management.

For their part, the clients were able to see first-hand the services that Cerdá offers beyond the licensed products. Services such as the digital and automatic integration of the catalogue, access to an exclusive online platform, the creation of customised products and collections on demand, stock service available in our own warehouses and permanent advice.

3. Sustainable Consciousness.

Following the Customer's Week, our customers were able to learn more about Cerdá's corporate culture, based on promoting a sustainable awareness that lasts over time in all areas of the company. 
 
Through 5 strategic lines that include communication, product and people, we work on the 3 essential axes of sustainability: society, economy and environment.  

The culture of sustainability generates benefits in all areas and raises the awareness of each of the people involved in the company, as Teinma Cerdá, Head of the Sustainability Department, explains: "Every action, however small, can have a great impact and in the case of Cerdá it represents a value and a new way of doing things, rather than a passing fad".


 

4. A Great Place to Work company.

On the other hand, the customers invited to the Customer's Week met the team that makes up Cerdá and the commitment that the company has with its employees, which this year has won the renowned Great Place to Work (GPTW) award that is given to those companies that stand out for their work towards the welfare of the people who are part of it and for their teamwork. 

 This recognition is also proof of a healthy and consolidated corporate culture, and that within its pillars as a company at a national and international level, it guarantees the care and development of its employees.  Only 150 companies in Spain have this certificate.


In this way, we close our 50th anniversary year by sharing our achievements with our customers and looking forward to the challenges ahead in the coming year.
