Cerdá Group's New Strategic Plan 2025-2027

At Cerdá Group, we believe that in order to move forward into the future, it is essential to be clear about where we have come from and where we are heading. That is why, every three years, we review our course and define a new strategic plan to guide our actions and decisions. Today we would like to share with you how we carry out this important process for our company.

1. How do we do it?

  • Analysing our past

Before looking ahead, we pause to evaluate the past three years. This analysis allows us to review our achievements and learn from the challenges. We identify our strengths and areas where we can still improve, because there is always room to grow and evolve.

  • Reviewing key strategic concepts

We review our mission, vision and purpose to ensure they remain aligned with our values and the needs of an ever-changing marketplace. This step is crucial to stay true to our essence while adapting to new realities.

  • Carrying out a complete diagnosis:

We analyse the current landscape in depth, from the risks inherent in the business to the expectations of our customers. This diagnosis allows us to identify how we can continue to deliver value in a unique and differentiated way.

  • Conducting a comprehensive SWOT analysis:

Based on the previous diagnosis, we use the SWOT tool (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and Opportunities) to have a clear vision of our situation and the environment around us.

  • Making key decisions:

Once we have all the information on the table, we make one of the most important decisions: to define where we are going and what our big challenge is for the next three years.

  • Creating a solid action plan:

We define concrete and measurable objectives together with the necessary strategies to achieve them. This action plan ensures that we move forward in an organised and efficient manner, with all resources aligned towards a common goal.

Over the past few weeks, our CEO Thibault Wery has presented the Strategic Plan 2025-2027 to our team, ensuring that everyone in the organisation understands the new goals and vision. The involvement and commitment of each individual is key to making our goals a reality.
