This certification proves that **Cerdá is one of the Best Companies to Work For in Spain**, with a highly trusted culture, able to attract and retain talent. At Artesanía Cerdá, because of the atmosphere in the office and the attitude of the team that works hard to ensure that projects move forward, we had a good feeling. With the involvement of the second generation in the business activity, 25 years ago, a **family protocol** was launched in order to guarantee the future of the company.
