2022 has been a great year for Cerdá Group marked by events that we want to remember with you:
1.1. Great Place To Work
Great Place To Work is the most prestigious national and international recognition in the field of people management and business strategy, awarded annually to the best employers in the world.
In 2022, only 150 Spanish companies had this certificate and Cerdá Group was one of them. This certification accredits that Cerdá is one of the Best Companies to Work For in Spain, with a culture of high trust, capable of attracting and retaining talent.
After a diagnosis of the organisational environment, which includes a global questionnaire of employees, it was highlighted:
1.2. 50 years together Another major milestone in 2022 was our 50 years of experience and more than 35 years as a licensee of world-renowned entertainment brands such as Disney, Marvel, Lucas Films, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon and Universal. Since then, Artesanía Cerdá has developed a whole range of products designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. Clothing, backpacks, footwear, accessories and complements, designed for children and also for adults.
Consolidating ourselves as a reference company in a large number of European countries, with our attitude and professionalism we work so that our offer generates a unique experience, giving rise to that little moment of happiness to which our slogan refers.
To round off a celebration it is necessary to get together with the family to remember anecdotes and enjoy each other's company. That is why in March 2022 the whole Cerdá team got together to celebrate our 50 years of history. On this day we were able to enjoy a fun Team Building and a great meal.
1.3. The family grows
2022 has been a year in which geopolitical uncertainty, the freight crisis and rising inflation have coexisted, among other things, with our 40% increase in staff. For example, we created the Inbound Marketing department and incorporated figures such as content creators in order to consolidate our digital transformation, making us one of the most digitised companies in the sector today.
1.4. Cerdá Te Cuida
More and more organisations are becoming aware of the impact of the working environment on the health of their employees, which is why they are proposing a model called "Healthy Company''. We have always focused on the human team that makes up our company, but this year we wanted to go further and we launched the Cerdá Te Cuida project composed by:
- Talks and workshops on nutrition - Weekly fruit basket - Weekly Yoga classes - Subsidised physiotherapy and psychological treatments - Emotional wage: training plans, reconciliation of work and family life, teleworking, corporate culture based on feedback, implementation of the corporate equality plan.
2. Our commitment
In Cerdá Group, in our commitment to transparency, we have prepared the 2022 Sustainability Report, a report that covers the information related to sustainability and brings together in an integrated way data on the commitments made to our stakeholders, to society and to the environment, in the same way, this report is to strengthen our commitment to further progress in our strategic plan and that our actions have a positive impact on society and the environment.
For the disclosure of this information, we have taken as a reference the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework for the preparation of sustainability reports, in its GRI Standards version.
This report represents the development, performance and status of our organisation, together with a description of the main risks and uncertainties we face.
The objectives of our Sustainability Report 2022 are as follows:
1. Share the organisation's commitments to sustainability. 2. To be accountable and transparent. 3. Meet the demands and expectations of society. 4. To have information on environmental performance, staff wellbeing and our contribution to the society around us, in order to improve. 5. To study the evolution of sustainability performance over time.

As you have been able to see, 2022 has been a very intense year in which we have always kept in mind where we come from and where we are going.
